SureForms is an internet-based service designed to allow anyone to create an online form with ease. This includes online surveys, online payment forms and basic webforms.

The challenge was to create a system that had the power to create complex forms, yet made it easy enough that the average person could create one in a matter of minutes. This was accomplished using a 3-step “Wizard” system that breaks the process down into manageable steps.

After the user has created a form, a complete login system gives them the ability to login to make changes to their form, to distribute their form and to view results submitted by other users.

Design-wise, it was decided that the front page of the site was of extreme importance. As an innovative service, it is expected that people would visit the site. The challenge would be presenting the concept in such a way that elicits excitement, all the while communicating just how easy the service is so that they user will try it themselves.

This was accomplished using a custom flash animation and simple layout that highlights major features in point form. If interested, a large button is placed in a prominent place so as to make it obvious where the starting point is.
