Sobkow Technologies created eBrandon.ca to fill a need in the Brandon, Manitoba-area; a central community portal that connects the general public and businesses in this city of 42,000+ people. The site services both the public with discussion, photo sharing, classified ads, coupons, job listings and businesses with advertising and detailed business profiles.

The site features an extremely complex backend system that allows each of 100+ member businesses to have full control over their profiles, post coupons, job openings and more. At the same time regular site users have the ability to post messages in a discussion forum, share photos and post classified ads using a completely custom-developed login system.

As well a number of backend features needed to be created to make it simple for Sobkow Tech staff to run the site on a day-to-day basis. These include custom pages that allow for monitoring of discussion forum, photo and classified posting, control over user profiles, adding of new business members and more.
